What is Full Spectrum Hemp Extract?
Hemp Extract is one of many compounds in a cannabis plant. Cannabis is a family of plants with two primary classifications, Indica and Sativa. Hemp and marijuana are both from the Sativa family.
On the street, the most commonly known compound in cannabis has been THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). But over the last decade, the medical benefits of Full Spectrum Hemp Extract are becoming more widely known.
While they are derived from the same plant family, Full Spectrum Hemp Extract does not get the user high. When someone refers to smoking pot or weed, they are affected by THC as it binds itself to cannabinoid receptors in the brain.
